Why did we find you?
We contacted you because we found publicly available business contact data that could be used for relevant B2B contact based on your company's activities.
What data do we process?
- company name, website, country and language
- company or business email address
- the status of the request, response, unsubscribe or delivery error
- technical logs for system operation and security
For what purpose and legal basis?
The purpose of data management is B2B contact, response management, CRM administration, registration of unsubscribes, filtering of incorrect email addresses and internal audit.
The preliminary legal basis can typically be a legitimate interest. In case of objection to direct marketing or opt-out, we will not send further marketing emails.
Where does the system run?
CRM does not run on its own server. The operational data is in Google Sheets tables, the logic runs in Google Apps Script, emailing is connected to Gmail/Google Workspace services. For this reason, Google may be involved as a technical data processor.
Opt-out and protest
You can unsubscribe using the link in the email, or you can reply to the email with, for example: unsubscribe / unsubscribe / remove me. After unsubscribing, the system may maintain a minimal blacklist record to prevent you from receiving another marketing request.
AI-assisted processing
The system can use AI for internal grading, summarization or draft answers. AI does not make an independent, legal or similarly significant decision about the data subject.
Affected rights
You can request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, and object to data processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing. You can file a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
