Upload up to 300 images

The memo system – our photo book software offers thoughtful and user-friendly solutions for uploading and managing photos. The ability to upload up to 300 images at a time, support for different file formats and resolution control ensures high-quality photo books. And intuitive folder and image editing functions provide users with maximum flexibility and simplicity.

The software handles drag-and-drop intelligently by recognising the number and orientation of the photos. It then automatically provides a suitable photo layout, helping users create their photo books quickly and easily.

Indent with mouse: You can simply drag the images into the editing area, where they will appear immediately.
Click on the list: By clicking on the images in the list, they are automatically placed in the editing area.
The yellow shuffle button cycles through photo layouts at random.
The system also takes into account the orientation and scale of the images.

The software warns you when you reach the maximum number of photos that can be added. This helps prevent overcrowded pages and keeps the memories in proper focus.

Manage Multiple Folders

Folders, images and order

The software lets you upload photos from multiple folders. A “My folder” label appears beside the active folder name; click it to open that folder in edit mode.

Save: Saves the current status of the folder.
Edit photos: Images in the folder can be edited in a new window.
Delete Folder: Permanently remove the folder.

Delete images: Remove the unwanted images.
Upload new images: Add more photos to the folder.
Change the order of images: Reorder the order of the images as you wish.

Use the plus and minus buttons below the images to enlarge or reduce the view of the images in the list.

Date: He organizes the pictures based on the date they were taken.
In alphabetical order: Based on the names of the pictures, he's alphabetizing them.
Custom order: You can organize the images according to your preferences.

Creative Arrangements

The Photo Layouts section offers a wide range of layouts in a separate panel. It also includes the shuffle button, which cycles through layouts at random.

Random exchange and mirroring features further enhance creative possibilities so that each user can find the layout that suits them best.

Selection of Arrangements: You can also choose different layout options by hand.
Horizontal mirroring: You can reflect the layout horizontally.

The letters menu offers comprehensive options for formatting text, especially in the case of cover and spine subtitles.

The simple and transparent interface allows users to easily format text, customize color palette and express themselves creatively.

Flexible handling of text boxes and various formatting options ensure that each user can create a unique and personalized photo book.

The inscription of the spine on the cover page can be simply entered in a separate field.
You can choose from a number of fonts.
You can also change the color of the letters and the spine.
You can adjust the style and location of the text.
The system will warn you when you have reached the limit of the character number.

Background

Wallpapers and background colors

The user experience of the Background menu is simple and transparent. The wide range of wallpapers and colors ensures that every user can find the perfect solution for them.

Zooming in and out and automatic framing make the software especially easy to use. Before applying changes, the system asks whether they should affect the entire book or only the current page.

You can set the background color or use only one color without wallpaper.

Editing area

Editing area and functions

On the editing interface of our software there are many useful tools that you can use to easily edit your photo book.

The editing interface of the memo software is easy to use and logical. The toolbar allows you to quickly and easily replace, remove and scale images, while the layout automatically adapts to changes.

Delete photo: After deleting the image, the layout is automatically aligned.
Replacing photo: You can replace the selected image with a different one.
Zoom in / Zoom out: You can adjust the size of the picture.
Rotate: You can rotate the picture.
Frame colour and rounding: You can change the three vertical points icon.
Resize: The lock icon resolves the resize of the placeholder.
Move: Click on the image to move it freely.

Pages

Miniature pages and fast navigation

In the memo photo book software, the thumbnail view of the pages is located under the editing area. This allows quick and clear navigation.

Page numbers and black frames help to identify the current page. Reordering of pages is easy.

Pages: You can find the page number under every thumbnail.
Current page: A black frame indicates the page you're editing.
Rearrange Pages: You can change it with a mouse.
Scroll: It also works with arrows or by clicking on the bottom bar.
Slider: You can view all pages by using the slider at the bottom.
